Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with your delivery details and tracking information. There are a number of different delivery options that will be presented to you at checkout. Please note if you are ordering from multiple owners or stores your items will have separate delivery options and charges. Currently we are able to offer standard courier deliveries, next day deliveries and click and collect.
You can book rentals up to 28 days in advance and your item will be delivered either on, or the day before your requested rental date. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you.
Depending on which delivery method you opted for, your rental will be due for collection/drop off either on the 5th or 8th day from when you receive it, depending on the rental duration you have selected. We will contact you one day before your rental is due back to confirm the collection/drop off.
Please ensure you keep all the original packaging, including the parcel box and the items are placed in the packaging they arrived in. If clothing arrived in garment bags, these will need to be returned along with the items. Shoes and accessories must be placed and returned in the boxes or dust bags, where given. Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in and in its original packaging.
There will be a returns label and instructions in your parcel, this will be required for the return of your order. Please follow the returns instructions and should you require any assistance please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
Once the items have been received by the owner or store, you will receive an email confirming the return. You can also view your order and returns information on your dashboard.
