Returns & Refunds
Returning an item could not be easier. If your rental does not fit, is not of a satisfactory quality, or not as described, contact us within 4 hours of receiving your items to arrange a return . You can choose to have your item collected or drop it off at one of our partner delivery points. Collections are free and can be from your home, work or another address.
Please follow the steps below to return your items:
1. Log into your account and in the dashboard go to 'My Rental Orders'.
2. Under the order number, select the item you would like to return, click on action and request a return. This must be done within 4 hours of receiving your item. Choose the reason for return and submit your request.
3. You will then receive an email with your return instructions.
4. Book your free collection online or over the phone with our courier partner or drop it off at your nearest drop off point. Items must be returned via Find Rent Wear's own delivery system so that they are protected and insured.
All garment tags must remain attached and the item must be returned unused. We do not offer refunds on accessories, shoes and handbags. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for a credit note or refund.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method or as credit to your Find Rent Wear account, to use on your next rental.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to different payment providers and their processing times.
Returns must comply with our policy. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be eligible for credit notes or refunds and Find Rent Wear reserves the right to charge the customer the full rental fee.
You must submit your return request within 4 hours of receiving your rental.
Items must be returned unused with garment tags still attached and original packaging included.
We do not provide refunds on shoes, accessories and handbags.
